I'm looking for a customer support rep who can read/write english fluently. You'll have to respond to support tickets during the day as they come in. My current support rep spends about 2-3 hours each day (throughout the day) responding to tickets. A ticket might only take a few seconds or a few minutes to solve.
The business is subscription based, and most of the tickets are basic support questions. Some want to modify their subscriptions, and other's ask for assistance with website errors.
I'll need you to respond to all tickets in a timely manner throughout the day (7 days a week). This is a part time job that you can do in between other tasks.
Your rate can increase if you wish to continue working, and you do a good job.
We can rate this as a minimum 20 hours of work per week (but it is probably much less than 20 hours)
