Looking for a Customer support/ Purchase assistant
JAPANESE IS A MUST FOR THIS JOB
We are a Los Angeles-Based Japanese company who sell
party goods and sexy lingerie/costumes online.
CEO is looking for a Customer support/Purchase assistant
who can help her
-send emails to customers
-keep track of all the invoices
who is interested in our industry and Japanese market.
The main job is
*handle emails from customers.
*help us purchase from vendors on a daily basis
(Please be available on Monday and Tuesday in the morning)
*keep track of discrepancy between invoices and packing list
and ask for refund/credit if necessary
-Must be fast pased and detail oriented
-Must be witty and creative
-Must like entertainment industry such as musical,modeling and show biz
-Must be really excellent at "get it" (this is critical)
-Strong communication skills (this is critical)
-Must be online most of the time.
-We prefer you call yourself "a geek"

Japanese language skill is not mandatory but it's a plus.
I am planning to expand to USA market and global distribution of costumes,
and possiblly tangible store operation in USA.

-We have about 10 to 15 invoices and weekly and those are mainly invoices with colors and sizes. are you good at taking look at details and descrapancies?

-Have you worked at apparel industry?
(Yes is a huge plus)
-I am interested in making trusted business relationship with us
beyond just being data entree key puncher. are you interested in that ?
