Administrative Assistant Real Estate

Real estate administrative assistants perform a multitude of duties to support the real estate sales team. Day-to-day, you will find them answering the telephone, taking messages, scheduling appointments, preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, mailing newsletters, distributing reports, making travel arrangements and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. The real estate administrative assistant may also handle updating information on the Multiple Listing Service, collecting rent and disbursing funds associated with a home sale. Computer literacy is necessary for this job, as is the ability to focus on many tasks at once in a fast-paced team environment.
Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
2. Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
3. Preparing real estate forms and documents.
4. Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
5. Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
6. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
7. Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
8. Managing a client database and preparing reports.
9. Assisting with closing processes.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.
11. Coordinating Transaction.
