Admin Assistant
Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Are you looking for a part time role that could do permanent through hard work and reliability? If so, we want to talk to you! We are recruiting for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant for a Flooring supply company. This role is paying in $9-16/hr range depending on experience. Hours are 8:30 AM-5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch. Get back to me as soon as possible for your next position at this family-type environment!
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Research and creates presentations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
• Answer telephone calls and pass them on
• Greet and assist visitors to the office
