We provide online training and consulting services. Due to increasing demand, we have decided to integrate a 24/7 chat support for our clients and vendors. Currently, we are looking to hire 8 freelancers to join the team. Your Role: - Provide professional and friendly support to clients. - Escalate clients issues to the relevant vendors - Update and maintain clients profiles and accounts - Be the point of contact for vendors. - Review vendor submissions and escalate it to the relevant department - Your shifts will be scheduled 1 week in advance. Each shift will be 5hr and you are expected to work a minimum of 20hr a week. What we offer: - You will be paid weekly via freelancer.com. - We offer AU$15/hour. Therefore, a milestone of AU$300 will be created at the start of each week and it will be released once you complete the last shift for the week. And a review will be added to your Freelancer account. -A short training will be provided. To apply for this position, you will need the following: - To be fluent in English - To be able to provide friendly and efficient customer service. - Have a stable internet connection - Have a good quality headset and microphone. - Have a quiet environment to work without any distractions To prove that you have read and understood the project details, type 'Training Service Support' at the top of your proposal.

"Training service support" Hello, I'm interested to provide support to clients & vendors. I actually have experience in data entry & admin related works. Also, I have experience in replying to customers in Facebook. But haven't provided online chat support before, so looking forward to this opportunity. My English is fluent so communication is not a problem. Also, I would be able to follow your instructions. Only problem is, I have a full time shift job so my shift keeps changing. Is it possible if I provide my roster at the beginning of the month so that you know about my timing of work? I'm not sure if this project requires to be online at a specific time?
