Role: Virtual Assistant Admin Full Time: 35 to 40hrs per week. Payrate: AU$2-3/hr. Duties and Responsibilities: - Respond to helpdesk emails - Prepare and organize databases and reports - Manage social media accounts and replies - Handle confidential employer and client information - Collect data from analytics and update spreadsheets - Schedule meetings and arrange calendars - Create purchase orders and track and manage payments - Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation Requirements and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficient computer skills, including Google Workplace (Google Docs, Sheets and Drive) - Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions - Able to manage time effectively and efficiently - Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information - Self-directed and able to work without supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Level of English Required: Full Professional Proficiency to Native / Bilingual Proficiency.

I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate, HVAC, debt collection. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents. We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
