We need customer support agents to handle a high level of inbound email and chat support for an online supplement and health related business. You will be handling an increasing amount of emails and chats as the marketing ramps up immediately.
- More than one year in customer support position that relied heavily on email and chat support
- Experience working in Zendesk and WooCommerce
- Ability to use your resources effectively
- English (written form) must be impeccable, including punctuation and grammar skills
- Ability to multitask between multiple chats and continue to work on any open emails (volume is high)
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to train and go “live” very quickly
- Experience working with Dropbox and Google Drive/Docs
These positions are due to be hired early this week and begin training almost immediately.
