Looking for a virtual assistant with great English speaking for Real Estate Business. Place your monthly quote. You need to work Mon to Friday, 8 Hours per day USA New york Time (10 AM to 6 PM) You need to manage our CRM, Listing and Need to communicate with our USA based Team and our clients and Vendors, Regarding real estate business. Only bid, If you can freely work 8 hours per day in required timeframe and fluent in English. Should be a great internet connectivity. Write realstate at the starting of your proposal. Hi, After reviewing the job post I believe I am the best fit for this role as I have already worked on real estate projects. I have been working as a telemarketer, virtual assistant and customer service agent for the last 10 years and have worked with many real estate clients from the US and Canada. My experiences relevant to this project are given below, Calling homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their house and setting appointments with the real estate agent/broker. Calling owners of distressed properties/with delinquent payments/foreclosures to make an offer. Calling people to see if they are interested in buying a property. Working with landlords/renters/property management companies. Working with mortgage companies, and mortgage brokers for lead generation and appointment setting. Managing appointments schedule, data researching, assisting the manager, forwarding important responses to the manager. Knowing the terms like monthly payments, mortgage balance, the market value of the house, LTV ratio, Equity, credit score, home renovations. Providing phone support, email support, answering queries, handling complaints, resolving disputes, and follow-ups.
