Help needed to create Adsense account

I need someone to sign me up with Google Adsense with the payee name which I provide. (Google's letter will arrive your place with my name and your address, make sure with your postman that you receive it) Coder has to be from India and have a website (preferably 6 months old, as per adsense's requirement) with some good content to apply for adsense. This is really easy job for 10 rating. Payment will be released in 2 (40%-60%) parts, one when you are signed up with adsense, and second when you receive PIN letter and send the PIN to me. (Google sends PIN when there is $20 in account, according to my current adsense revanue, it won't take more than 15-20 days, and it will take approx 7 days to reach at your home) Gauranted 10 rating easy job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
