I am looking for someone to man? live support on a website during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday.? We are located in the Pacific time zone which is? GMT -8.? ? I need for someone? to help? customers with sales information and product knowledge.? The type of product that you will be assisting with is health food and drug testing products, so a science background along with a sales experience is a plus.? All chats will be conducted in English and you must have good spelling ability.? ?
Since the product line is rather unique you will? spend some time training you.? ? The chat system has many very effective cans (pre-written messages) which you will see utilize.? ? We will show you how to communicate with the customer effectively and how to close the sale.? ? It is very easy to close sales as our products are the best and people want the best.
The? Sales Process consist of the? following elements:
1)? Greeting
2)? Find out what kind of situation they are in.
3)? ? Find when they need the product.
4)? ? Make recommendation
5)? Provide Testimonials to backup recommendation.
6)? Close Sale
Our? techniques are very methodical and effective.? You will be expected to learn our? system, and learn it effectively.? ?
The program that we use is BOLD CHAT. You will be asked to download a chat client.? The client only works for Windows computers.? You will be logged in.? ? The system will auto invite the chats for you so you don't have to do anything except let the chats come to you.
Please bid the monthly cost at 8 hour days,? 6 days a week.? Monday through Saturday.
