What to expect:
We are seeking an office assistant who is a native speaker of German or at least speaks fluent German to support administrative and organizational tasks. In addition, you will also take on recruiting tasks, contributing to the acquisition of new employees. The area of work optimization also falls under this position. The following tasks are included in your responsibilities:
General office organization, including post-processing, filing, appointment scheduling and coordination, and telephone management
Support in accounting and invoicing
Creation of presentations and reports
Applicant management: drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and accompanying the hiring process
What you bring:
First professional experience in office assistance or human resources
Proficient handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Good communication skills and service orientation
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
