We require a personal assistant / virtual assistant to assist us with putting together a summary document of Company Profile and Portfolio for a range of varying IT companies.
We are looking for a personal assistant / virtual assistant to assist our Australian based Software Business.
For the current project, you will be required to put together a summary document which outlines different IT companies' profile and portfolio of work. You may also be required to email individual companies to get further information on what they do.
**A template for the summary document will be provided upon Project commencement, along with very clear instructions on which companies you should focus on. You have a total of 14 days to complete this Project.
** Ideally, you will have the following skills:
* Expertise in Microsoft Office, including putting together documents as well as word formatting;
* High proficiency in internet use; and
* Fluent spoken and written English.
Please send us your proposed hourly rate, and we will proceed from there. If you deliver good outcomes on the current project, we would like to enter a long-term arrangement with you.
