Here is how I see the assignment unfolding: • Contact the registrars or relevant offices of the stated institution(s) in Osaka (the exact school name and signed consent form will be provided once we start). • Confirm the authenticity of the qualification, dates of attendance, and graduation status directly with the school, following their preferred procedure (fax, email, sealed letter, or in-person visit if needed). • Collect any official confirmation letter or stamped form they issue and scan it in colour. • Record the verification details in a short report that states the source, date, name of the confirming officer, and outcome (verified / not verified / further action required). The information must be delivered within three business days of receiving the candidate’s documents.
