We require a fluent and well spoken english speaker to respond to course inquiry calls relating to our IT training courses. Training will be provided, and we will will negotiate a payment structure on a per call received or weekly basis, with a further bonus should the customer convert to a sale. The candidate will be required to response passionately and effectively to course inquiries, and record the customers details in our call logging system. We recieve on average 19 such inquiry calls per week. We have other operators, but if you are quick to answer the phone you could capture the majority of these. A VOIP phone will be provided, and the candidate will not have to bear any phone costs. I am looking for a proposal for someone to handle this for a review period of one month. If successful a more permanent arrangement shall be established. The initial contract may be expanded to cover all inbound calls if the potential candidate demonstrates exceptional skills. Please note that we are in Australia, and the majority of our calls are recieved in AEST time (Sydney local time) 9am - 5pm.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
