Virtual Assistant Needed

Iam seeking a virtual assistant to assist me with administrative tasks on a daily basis. The tasks are estimated to take 1-3 hours per day. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in the following areas:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of Google Calendar
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Asana
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and research
- Familiarity with social media management platforms is a plus
The tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Updating Asana Tasks/Boards
- Creating Project Proposals and Charters for potential clients
- Email management and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Conducting research and data entry
- Assisting with social media management, including content creation and scheduling
Budget is cost effective but this is a long-term position, and I am looking for someone reliable and dedicated to providing quality assistance. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal with your desired hourly rate and availability. Thank you.
