I run a recruitment consultancy specialising in white collar construction/property.
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to work with me on an ongoing basis in carrying out the tasks I really should be doing but quite frankly... just don't have the time for!
These tasks include;
- Finding relevant, engaging articles on Building Surveying, Property (specifically in London), RICS and the broader Real Estate sector. I would like to publish a small piece of content (either a link to an article we have found with an engaging tagline or a relevant question engaging my market on Linkedin ( circa 3 times per week)
- The use of a Linkdedin Professional Services account to help me in sourcing suitable candidates for opportunities I am working on. I will be able to brief you on the specifics, I.E. location, experience, skillset etc. With this information a project will need to built of suitable individuals who I will then go onto engage regarding the position. (circa 2 times per week)
- The occasional writing of longer articles (circa 1000 - 2000 words) on a broader property/construction matter that will engage my Linkedin connections. (circa 1 or 2 articles monthly).
I estimate the workload to be circa 2/3 hours weekly.
