I have 24 years working experience in accounting including 1 year in administrative job and one year in internal auditing job. I have working experiences both in profit nonprofit organizations. As a finance & administrative staff my job experiences are as follows:
Supervise Accounts section, together with departmental heads make plan and take decision, preparation of periodical financial reports for management, maintain accounts and preparation of final accounts, arrange all kinds of payments, preparation and control of budget, coordinate with budget holders to inform progress, preparation of cash/fund flow statement, maintain proper filing system, maintain asset register, perform internal audit, deduction of IT and VAT according to the tax rules, operate computer based Office Applications and accounting software (XERI, NexERP, Tally and Navision Financial), communication with audit firm for external audit, contact with vendors/suppliers and prepare purchase related documents, perform administrative job to support project.
