Job Description:
We are a UK (London based) building maintenance and repair company looking for a personal assistant to the director. The ideal candidate will have Sage bookkeeping experience, be English speaking and be available Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm.
You will need to reside in the UK in order to carry out telephone handling duties.
Duties will include answering diverted phone calls, managing emails and carrying out various PA tasks for the director. The ideal assistant will also be able to assist with bookkeeping duties.
This will be a full time job for the most part ... some days are quiet and some days are busy.
Please quote a monthly fee to carry out the above mentioned tasks keeping in mind that you will be required to answer incoming calls and monitor emails constantly between 8am and 5pm (Monday to Friday).
