Ecommerce Sales/Support/Tech Operative for UK websites

Hi,

We are looking for a Sales/Customer Support/Technical Operative to work with our company to complement our team offering new & existing customers support via our dedicated support Centre (Kayako) and/or Live Chat.

As our products require specific technical knowledge, training will be given to the suited candidate but techincal experience with consumer electronics is an advantage.

We are looking to invest in the ideal candidate who can work with us as a team on a long term basis.

As we have a cutting-edge growing business we are looking for people that meet the following criteria.

While undergoing training you must be available between 9am-5pm GMT Mon-Fri so we can communicate (via Skype)

Once training is complete hours are none specific as long as open support/sales tickets are kept to a minimum and answered promptly.

We have found that the faster we reply to a sales enquiry, the more higher the chance a sale results.

If advising on stock issues you must check with our Sales team within our office hours to the availability to prevent support issues.

How soon can you start?

What previous experience with sales/customer support/tech support do you have?

What kind of products/companies have you previously dealt with? please provide examples of previous experience.

Do you have the ability to offer Sales advice resulting in a result of sale and not just an advice service (Ability to close a sale). Our current enquiry to sale is high it is essential to maintain this. We have to be clinical as margins online are pretty tight.

Typing/Spelling/Grammar skills are a must as you will be dealing with customers via our online contact softwares.

Do you have experience with Live Chat programs? If so, which have you used and are you familiar with LivePerson by Timpani?

A good understanding & experience of Word Excel, type softwares, etc is required.

Familiarity & experience with incar technology and modern gadgets is not essential but an understanding would be preferable. One of our best selling products are the Dension iPod Car Kits. Do you have experience with the iPod and related products? ([url removed, login to view])
