Table Layout Design Change

i am in need of a new table layout design to display data. The way my data is currently displayed is in the attached file. I am looking for some ideas that are so mathematical in it's display. My client doesn't like the current display and is looking for a better, user friendly way to display this data. The table is currently laid out in css. I am looking for a better neater non-mathematical way to display the data. This is for a site with classified ads. I am looking for new ideas on how to display the data in a way that is more user friendly. Bids with mockups get first consideration. New way to display individual records (not color changes) is what I want.
