I need a custom macro for Excel 2007 with a ribbon command button to activate the macro.
When the user selects a table in a file, they can click on the macro button and the selected table will be viewed in print preview with the whole table fitt to 1 page wide x 1 page tall.
An acceptable alternative is for any range of selected cells the user chooses to go to print preview and fit to 1 page wide x 1 page tall.
1. The VBA code (in Word or notepad or whatever you prefer) for the macro that must go in an XLAM or XLA file--I need to create the file on my computer for and will then copy the code over
2. accompanying instructions on how to insert the ribbon button which will activate the macro
