Project Description: I currently co-own and run two retail bowling pro shops. I need a custom retail solution to run each of the shops retail duties. These would include: * Customer Management * Inventory Management * Invoice/Sales Management * Basic Cash Managment (Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, etc) * Ball Drilling Card Management and Integration * Various Custom Reports We currently use the following software, which I dont like the flow and the layout of. Please review the link below and download the demo software to see the type of application I am looking for. >>> [login to view URL] Select Pro Shop Coordinator to Download. The software developed will also allow for more locations to be added. Ideally I would like each location to have its own set of data and somehow merge all the sites each night to our domain on the net for reporting and data sharing purposes. I need someone who is willing to give this their focus and who has the ability to get it done quickly and efficently. Daily communication and status reports are required. I need to see you are working on the project and goal. Deadline to completion is July 1st, 2006. No Exceptions! I currently have alot of the data tables already laid out in Access and can provide them as a framework to start. Ideal Tools/Development Environment: Would like to see this done VB.net with a Access. Open to discussion. Requirements: ** NO Automated Replies. Please read the whole project, along with the website references before bidding on the project. Please specifically address my concerns and wants to show that you have researched it and WANT to do the work. I require someone to give this their focus as the drop dead date to be done needs to be July 1st, 2006. NO EXCEPTIONS. Automated/Generic bids will be deleted and not considered. ** Daily communication and updates Payment Terms: Payment will be 10% on agreeing to start the project. Another 15% each week the project is being worked on up til a total of 60%. The final 30% will be paid when the project is completed and installed and shown to work, along with source code and documentation.

When I read about you project I remembered the project I had done during August 2005 for retail Metro, Germany. Some of the features provided where: 1. Inventory management: Keeping track of stock, Sales, Expiry dates if applicable. Informing venders if stock reaches critical level. 2. Keeping track of suppliers, products supplied by suppliers, Bills and payment for suppliers. 3. Customer database, payment, type of payment. 4. Tracking Customer patterns: Generating reports on how customers are purchasing, product they prefer (brand), Customers payment characters.... These repots are required and very important to improve sales and to make critical decisions. 5. Keeping track of bank accounts, and other investments... 6. Online collaboration and sharing of data between different branches. 7. Software documentation and help. 8. Daily back of data. 9. sales, product, and other reports... above are the few features available, this solution has been successfully implemented and used from past 11 months. Working in the above project, has provided be domain expertise. The above project was implemented in Visual Basic 6.0 and Data Base Access. However solutions for your project can be implementd in Visual Basic .NET and Access.
