guestbook submitter

I'm wanting a desktop application,needs to be an installable file that I can operate from a windows XP PC (NO WEB BASED PROGRAM) to submit to guestbooks by being able to enter a range/amount to submit to at a time (example 1 to 1500 one time or numbers 2000 to 3000 the next time out of the list), enter name, email, site URL, title(if necessary), comment box.

The program does not need submit my comments, name, e-mail, link etc, to all guestbook types/versions in one run. It could have separate submission tabs/sections as needed (example one for bravenet guestbooks, one for efreeguestbooks, etc.)

I'd like the program to find (without using the google 1000 api limit) or already have included in a master list or just automatically included in the program the guestbook pages to comment on (so I wouldn't have to do a search each time) from:

I'd like to be able to select the amount of postings I would do at a time and/or narrow down the search by PageRank and/or If possible I'd like to search by niche or keyword also: (In the DITY script this was suggested: Check the code of dity - you will find somewhere the search string something like "inurl:[url removed, login to view] " add to that search string the niche you wish to target...maybe define a variable and get it from the interface in order to avoid editing the code each time. )

Needs to be able to automatically delete all guestbook's that did not submit successfully and leave the successful ones in the list. keep a list of good (working) URLs, discard unsuccessful URLs

I must be able to save/import the Guestbook list via .txt.

Need to be able to start, stop and pause the posting.

Have ability to add more options e.g guestbooks

Ability to remove google api request while script is posting

Any other ideas are welcome

Already developed script is welcome.

Fully working demo is required before escrow will be released!

I know its a lot of requests (I'm open to comprimise)
