We would like to have developed an Outlook 200x compatible Add On that would allow us to streamline the uploading of emails and attachments to our content management system.
1. Click on a button in Outlook would generate a form.
2. The form would pull from an ODBC connection to an Oracle Database specific fields.
3. The fields would include the following:
Job #, Date, Company Name, Routing, and Action Required.
4. The fields would auto-suggest words as the user typed in the field.
5. Once the email was sent the form data would be stored in a Text file as an attachment.
