I have a database that I need help tweaking.
On frmComplaint I have a 2 fields (contact type) that is a list box that is multiselect that I need help capturing the records if more than one is selected. I also have another field (Resolution) that I have 3 checkboxes, that I would like to put in a multiselect and it capture more than one selection.
I have another field "Monetary Loss" that I want null (greyed out) unless Property is chosen in "Complaint Category".
I need a report to pull the records from the forms (which is table called "Complaint Encounters" by MRN, Name, FIN, Or date.
I also started a blank form that needs work, this will allow a person to print off a form (like the data entry) to fill out on paper if not near a computer. I need my listboxes and choices to show up?
I have also worked with people who send me back my database so that I can test. I would appreciate people also willing to do this.
I also need this done ASAP, at least the multiselect portion by tomorrow.
