I need a detail-oriented assistant to keep several Excel databases of personal information up to date and error-free. The job is two-fold: first, accurate data entry of new records as they arrive; second, light data analysis so I can quickly pull summaries or counts when required. Because these sheets hold people’s names, you must confidently distinguish between first and surnames and spot any irregularities in spelling, capitalisation, or order. Day-to-day you will: • Enter or amend personal details in the master workbook. • Maintain consistent naming conventions, removing duplicates and fixing obvious typos. • Create simple pivot tables or filtered views that let me see totals or trends at a glance. The role is ongoing, so strong written English, suburb attention to detail, and a reliable turnaround time matter just as much as technical proficiency with Excel. I need someone to start right away.
