Project Overview: Automate the creation of project specific PDF files from information within an excel file. I am currently dropping two excel exports into a template excel file (I created) that provides project specific information by using a project drop down. After selecting the project from the drop down, the information displayed is manually copied to a fillable PDF form for that project. Requirements: Use a fillable PDF form as the output format (not Word) Read and extract data from option 1: prepared excel OR option 2: two source excel files Auto-fill all fields in each of the PDFs using matching Excel values Generate final PDFs, one per project (naming convention preferred, e.g., "CPxx Project Name [login to view URL]") Deliverables: Functional automation script or tool that copies the Excel file information to the project PDF files Populated PDF documents Naming convention applied to outputs based on project and date Clear usage instructions or basic UI for re-use by our internal team I look forward to your proposals!
