• Avnan Component Part Numbering Rule has Details for how part number must be generated. It also has Group and Class Category.
• Forms needs to be created for all the Class.
• Database Parameter documents contain Further details on what goes into the form.
• Database PDF file is a Flow chart to understand how we want this system to perform.
• You would mainly help us to create this system and consider one time data migration.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
1. Complete Database using Access/SQL or any other platform can be used for USER INTERFACE for Avnan component part numbering system.
2. Compatible for data migration from Excel.
3. Design must support ability to add or make changes to existing database system (like Adding/Modifying/Deleting existing parameter, Adding new component type.). Service provider to supply work instruction if specific method is to be used to add or make changes to existing system in order to maintain Access Database system integrity.
4. Design must have Login Authentication for 4 People. Must be able to remove or assign new users. Must be able to limit their Rights.
5. Design must be able to duplicate entire data or part of selected data to create new part number.
6. Database would be stored on server and used by multiple users at same time.
7. Database must connect with Altium Designer. I can help with this.
