Golf scorecard/database application

I have a half-written application in VB6/.mdb database which needs to be turned into a working demo ASAP. The objective of the program is to record a player's golf scores and analyse the results based on the number of putts, iron shots, bunker shots etc. The analysis part is mostly done, ie the necessary database queries have been written already.
What we need now to complete the demo version is as follows:
- data entry
- selection of scores for analysis (ie select only the scores from a given course)
- password/login facility
- redesign of the VB forms (to match designs supplied by the client)
- tidying/modularisation of existing code (hopefully at least some of this will be usable)
If this demo version can be completed quickly and to a good standard, we expect that our client will supply additional funding for a full production version. Naturally if the project is extended, we would want to continue working with the same supplier. In the first instance, however, please bid on the demo version only, as described above.
