Assume that this application is used to purchase Musi,Image, and video. The customer comes to the store and requests to purchase products. The clerk enters the products and quantities in the application and produces an invoice/receipt for the customer.
The following functionality is required:
1- Design a maintenance screen for all entry of Music
2- Design a shopping cart order screen that includes these features:
-Must provide a means to search for and select a product by partial product description by getting the product information from the database.
-Must allow a single purchase to include multiple products, and any quantity of each product.
-Must show the current order subtotal, tax, and total when each product is added to the order. Whenever a product is added or updated in the order, adjust the totals for product cost, tax, and total order cost shown on the form.
3- When the user commits the order, add a single record to the Order table, and then add an individual OrderDetail record for each item ordered.
4- Invoice OrderId values should be automatically assigned in increasing sequence.
5- Design a summary screen to display invoice/receipt “report” showing the customer who placed the order, the items ordered, total product cost, tax, and total order cost. This should displayed for confirmation after order.
6- Design a screen that allows for selection of start / end date, time ranges and button to produce a formatted “report” file containing all items sold within a selected time range. Include OrderId, AlbumId/MusicID/ and description, quantity sold, date sold, and total value of sold products. Sort by date sold.
7- Ensure that menu allows access to maintenance, order and report screens.
You do not have to handle any actual payments for product orders.
