1. Aggregate Summary of Reports-
Right now if you put in a date range of Jan 2006 to June 2006.. it will only pull Feb on b/c there are no records for January. How can I get the report to still put January in as a field but have it as blank?
2. Patients with Adverse Outcomes
Same thing here I want all of the date range to show but just be blank if there are no records for Jan or Feb. I also need all of the "Events" to be listed but only the ones that have a record pull. Here is the table and for example. If you do a date range of just Jan1-Jan31 only one adverse event shows up. I need them to all list, and just have blanks if there are no records. Does that make sense?
3. The Physicians Variance Report
Right now it looks like it pulls correctly.. but it doesn't. If you put in a record that has no Physician variances with no adverse affects it gives an error like the microsoft jet engine doesn't recognise "qPhysiciancasedetails.[Hemo Comp]". Does this make sense? Even if there are no variances in a given timeframe I want the report to show up with nothing on it except the headers.
4. Process Elements Report
This one was changed to at least list all of the fields, but it still doesn't list all the months in the chosen date range. So I need to have it still list the months in the date range at the top even if they are blank.
5 and 6. The Unit Reports for Nurse and Physician
This one also needs all the dates listed in the date range. Right now it is only given the months that have records in them.
