Need to Complete Small Visual Basic Software, 40% Done

Hi all, I'm lacking the time to complete a small school project that's been developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, using Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server. The project needs to be completed in the next 18 hours, the 8 forms are all created and what's needed now is the code to get the content from the database (to fill in the comboboxes, listboxes and datagridviews) as well as the SQL instructions to INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE records for each of the 8 forms. The system itself is a property management system and the type of information that needs to be added, updated and deleted are Property Owners' info, Maintenance Personnel's Info, Tenants' info and such. The database is already set up and I will be sending the script for it and the solution files I have so far from Visual Studio 2015. I need someone who SPEAKS SPANISH as the comments in the code need to be in Spanish, also, most of the code has already been developed in Spanish (form labels and such are all in Spanish, too, and obviously the database). I put this project together in no more than 6 hours, and I can complete it but not soon enough so I'd rather have someone finish it right away. I need to use SQL transactions for some of the forms. I have a ready to use set of instructions to use the database itself in a separate module, it's just a matter of creating most of the SQL, really. I know this is a simple project so do NOT go overboard with your rate, I have a limited budget.
