I need a simple VBA or VBScript that i can run as a macro in Outlook.
I need to save emails to a folder on my desktop. The subject of the email will make part of the file name with some userinput text appended.
So say an email with subject Hello arrives in my mailbox, i want to manually launch the script.
An input-box will pop-up to enter a set of characters to append to subject, i enter 345 and hit OK.
a second drop down box pops-up to select category and options are alphabet A-Z, i select Q and hit OK.
Email should be saved in destination/storepath using this saving convention 345 - Q - Hello.
