Looking to have a database designed can be in ms access or other database format.(Needs to be able to run on windows XP. What our company is looking for is.
We run a computer store and we get alot of service work computer repairs etc. We are looking for a database that can track customer details ,serial numbers, computer brands ie: HP , Clone , ACer , IBM.
Needs to have a quick search feature tracked by customer ID number phone number or name. Also needs to have a Return Authority feature for faulty goods that we send back to wholesalers for warranty replacement / repair. Needs to be able to print out tech reports and have the ability to add labour charge to this print out also. I have somthing in an lotus database that we curently use that i can send you to explain what we need alot easier. We would do this ourself but do not have the time.
