For this dialogue collection project you must be living in the USA, we will record calls between a Customer Service
Representative and a Customer on Banking-related topics. You will be performing the
role of the customer or agent,
The calls will simulate a typical 4-5 minutes conversation in the context of a Customer
Help Center. When you start each task, you will be provided with a banking-related
the script that will be used for the call. You will be asked for some basic information
during the dialogue, please do not use your actual personal information, feel free
to make up personal information to provide in your conversation.
The calls should be carried out within a SILENT environment, that is, one that does not
include any noise in the recording other than the speaker's voice.
So customers can only do 50 tasks where as agent can work upto 10 hours. we can interchange customers and agent roles
rate is the 18$ per hour.
