It's my duty to make you go,go,go Okay lets start by warming up by jogging from one side of the room to the other for a couple of minutes. If you're dawdling step up the pace,while this isn't a race, if you"re cool when the heat goes on, you are going to burn Okay, Lift the tempo. Your pulse should be raised, there should be a light sweat on your brow. Okay. Return to your station. In thirty seconds it's ignition time. Remember, while I want you you to push yourself, don't go past the edge, listen to your body, if your having trouble breathing, feeling faint, you've gone to far. So either slow down, or even better take a rest Are you ready, ignition started, you have two minutes, go, go,go At your station, you have three minutes go, go, go At your station, you have two minutes and thirty seconds go,go,go At your station you have two minutes go, go, go At your station. You have one minute and thirty seconds go,go,go At your station,you have one minute go,go,go At your station you have 45 seconds go,go,go 30 seconds 15 seconds, come on you can do it 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,Over.... So how did you do? It's drink time. How are you feeling? Good? That's good Lets get back into it. 15 seconds. Are you ready 5,4,3,2,1 go,go,go Press ups Situps squats burpees lunges Remember. Form is everything. If you aren't doing properly you might as well not be doing it at all. push it, push it Are you pushing yourself, are you really trying Okay well done it's time to cool down and see how you've done. Did you set a new record. If you did congratulations. If you didn't don't worry there is always next time The main thing is you pushed yourself END SCRIPT When you post your bid, please tell me if you can add a suitable uptempo sound file that is free of any copyright restrictions, or can be used for commercial use at a low cost. Obviously don't bother applying if you can't supply an audio file of your voice.
