Cartoon voice artist for 160 words

I am in need of an experienced voice acting artist to lend their talent to my upcoming cartoon creation. The desired voice should have an American accent, and each of the 160 words spoken should come across thoughtfully, for a meaningful and genuine spark within the character. This is a very time sensitive venture; I need the project finished in 1 day. As such, I am looking for someone who can work quickly, has experience in this industry, and who can work efficiently while keeping the quality of the end result very high.
