I am looking for someone (female highly preferred) with an engaging personality (that people open up to) who speaks English as their NATIVE language. British or Australian accents preferred! This is because studies show that Americans love Brit and Aussie accents and most of my customers are male and more naturally open up to a female interviewer. :) I am the CEO of a sports nutrition company and have a list of 20-30 customers of our protein powder and the goal here is to find out the real reasons they buy or don't buy a particular protein. This is accomplished by calling them up on Skype (audio-only but must use Skype I will explain why later) and asking them a series of 6 questions. These 6 questions are not rattled off one-after-another but INTEGRATED into a conversation. This is why you need some social skills for this job. Robots need not apply! Except for those with the right accent! lol Joking aside, if you have an American accent and you are good I will hire you do not worry! :) A conversation should not need to last more than 30 minutes max, and if there are 30 people to call that is 15 hours worth of work. I have all the names, numbers and IDEAL CALLING TIMES. They also know they will be getting called and EXPECT your call and WANT to talk to you! A very pleasant experience - the OPPOSITE of cold calling. I will want to talk with you myself over phone first obviously to make sure you sound good and know how to interact the right way and to explain more details of the job so you deliver the best finished product possible. I have a long provern history of phone interviewing and people screening. I have been a professional recruiter for a number of years (20+). I am Mexican (but have an American national's accent). I am very much used to mix questions into a more socially oriented speech. I like to speak with my candidates in a way that makes them feel comfortable, in a more socially oriented manner that gets me the necessary information that I need from them, as opposed to simply interrogating or just asking a series of questions. I have an executive level and the necessary communication skills to deal with different kinds of people.
