Real Estate Cold Calling Pre-Foreclosure/Probate/Absentee

I have worked for a mortgage co. based in west palm beach, fl working on pre-foreclosure loans mostly, I have also worked on 30,60 and 90+ days due loans. I also worked in home retention and loan resolution department, handling loan modifications and forbearance plans. I can get the job done. Here is some info about me. I have a extensive experience of over 15 years in the US real estate and Virtual Assistant positions.
