We are a Kolkata-based IT company providing telecommunication services to offshore companies since 2007. We are currently in the process of launching our in-house telemarketing campaign catering our services to USA consumers with an aim to extend our reach to major English-speaking countries.
We are starting with our operations from the 1st of July, 2022 and the hiring for outbound telemarketers is currently in process. Our motive is to not restrict ourselves to hiring from any respective country and our vision is to give an opportunity to anyone who can speak satisfactory English and have the zeal to excel in life. To give our employees a better living and to help them excel in their careers, we are willing to train them, polish them, and make them eligible to be a good fit for any company in their vertical.
So, we are looking to hire an experienced and qualified voice & accent trainer who can not only polish our telemarketers as per the industry standards but also train them on the services we will be offering via outbound telemarketing. We would also like the candidate to handle the quality side of the campaign and thus we are interested to hire someone who has experience specifically in BPO/Call Centers and is a jack of all trades.
We are willing to discuss the role and opportunity in detail with the right candidate and as a first step, we are looking for applications from qualified candidates who fulfill the requirements of the position.
