Voice accessibility add on for Apple iOS

I have a close relative who is 12 years old with cerebral palsy. He can operate iPad and he is using it with high difficulty. He can pronounce words but it won’t be as clear as what we do. So if he is trying to say a command “open YouTube” or “volume up” Siri isn’t able to recognise it. We contacted Apple and they acknowledged that this isn’t available right now.
So the ask in this project is to build an app which can recognise his voice samples and invoke Siri and complete the action. We are happy to share multiple voice samples.
The aim of this project is to have following 5 commands:
“Hey Siri”
“Volume up”
“Volume down”
“Open YouTube”
“Call daddy”
This will greatly help a kid to learn and make him independent as well.
Once this is successful we can plan further commands and we are happy to treat that as a seperate project.
