Voice needed for Professor Knowitall

Job Description:
I need a voice for a character named Professor Knowitall who is featured in a series of short films and movies about Mr. Wogglebug's fantasy adventures that I animate.
I had a voice actor for him before but he quit voice acting altogether. So I want a new voice that will sound as close as possible to how the old one did. Listen to the attached audio file for reference. He essentially sounds elderly, kind, wise, and speaks with a German accent. Sort of like Albert Einstein.
