Ongoing weekly work opportunity up to 60 hours per week I'm looking for a dedicated professional who can serve as the primary point of contact for my company, overseeing both customer support and team coordination. More specifically, I need someone who can assist in setting up a system that will: - Enable VoIP calling capabilities: You'll be responsible for setting up a system that can make calls to my customers from your country, but display an Australian number. - Schedule and Calendar Integration: You'll be in charge of setting daily schedules for teams, ensuring everyone's tasks are balanced. - You will be required to answer phone calls send text messages to team and customers for up to 50 hours per week. - you will need to be the point of contact for all team or customer service Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, team coordination, and VoIP systems. Experience in setting up CRM systems and handling scheduling and calendar tools is a plus. You should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to operate as a professional point of contact for the company.
