I need help activating vTiger's help ticket system and using it on my website. May also need some help learning to use vTiger as a platform for email to and from contacts. This is just a small project to start. But would like to continually develop vTiger for our use as a CRM and service platform.
In summary in our Vtiger CRM we'd like to
(1) enable our vtiger to send emails using the users' email credentials and reply to address,
(2) consistent email styles in the emails, and
(3) change the lead window so that the comments box is under the top section,
(4) enable the 'help ticket functionality in vtiger for our online website.
