Homepage Banner & Popup Redesign

I’m refreshing [login to view URL] and want to start with the Text banner and popup on the homepage. The banner must be Bold and attention-grabbing and cycle through our Latest news and updates, yet stay simple enough for a non-developer like me to edit regularly—no code dives, just a quick text change in a CMS field or comparable no-code panel. While the banner is the immediate priority, I’d also like a light polish on the buttons that sit just below the main question box and a concept for an animated popup in the white space to the right of that same box. Expect rapid feedback loops directly from me so we can iterate quickly.
