About the role We're a small web agency that builds client websites using AI tools, mainly Readdy AI. You'd take client briefs and turn them into finished, deployed sites. This isn't a job where you're hand-coding every page from scratch. It's about knowing how to drive Readdy well, catch what it gets wrong, and ship something clean. You need to be able to look at AI output and know when it's off. Readdy will give you 80% of a page fast. The value you bring is the other 20%, the judgment about layout, spacing, copy, and whether the thing actually works on a phone. This is async and remote. We care about output, not hours logged. What you'd actually do Take a client brief or prompt and build the full site in Readdy AI Follow the KWD Design Standards so every site looks like ours, not like a default template Use the Readdy AI KWD Playbook for the build steps we've already figured out Run every build through our Functional QA checklist before it goes to review Fix the stuff Readdy gets wrong: broken responsive layouts, weak spacing, generic copy, forms that don't submit Deploy finished sites through our GitHub to Cloudways pipeline Handle revisions when a client sends feedback What we're looking for You don't need a CS degree. You need taste and follow-through. A real eye for design. You can tell when a layout is cramped, when type is fighting itself, when a site looks cheap Comfort reading and editing HTML and CSS. You won't build from zero, but you'll fix and adjust constantly Enough patience to QA properly instead of shipping the first thing that looks fine on desktop Good written communication, since most of this happens async Bonus: experience with Readdy AI, Cloudways, GitHub, or Formspark forms How we work Everything runs on documentation. There's a playbook, a design standards doc, and a QA checklist, and we expect you to actually use them. When something's unclear, you ask. When you find a better way to do something, you tell us so we can update the docs. First two weeks are a structured training ramp so you learn our standards before touching a live client site.
