We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled development partner to design, develop, and deploy a robust, scalable, and user-friendly digital platform consisting of a native Android mobile application and a web-based administration portal. The solution will be developed based on finalized Figma UI/UX designs and must adhere to industry best practices for performance, security, scalability, and user experience. The selected developer or development team will be responsible for converting the approved Figma designs into a fully functional Android application and an integrated web portal, ensuring seamless interoperability between both platforms. ## Scope of Work ### 1. Android Application Development The developer shall be responsible for building a native Android application that delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience across a wide range of devices. Key responsibilities include: * Developing the Android application based on the provided Figma UI/UX designs. * Implementing all application screens, user workflows, navigation, and interactive elements. * Integrating the application with backend services, APIs, and third-party systems where required. * Developing secure user authentication, registration, profile management, and access control functionalities. * Ensuring compatibility across multiple Android versions, device types, and screen resolutions. * Optimizing application performance, responsiveness, and overall usability. * Conducting comprehensive testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities. * Resolving identified defects and ensuring application stability. * Supporting application deployment, publishing, and release management through the Google Play Store. ### 2. Web Portal Development The developer shall design and implement a secure, responsive, and scalable web-based administration portal for managing application users, content, and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include: * Developing a responsive web administration portal aligned with the approved designs and functional requirements. * Implementing role-based access control (RBAC), user administration, and permission management. * Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analytics modules for operational monitoring and decision-making. * Creating modules for content management, data administration, configuration management, and system controls. * Integrating backend APIs and services to ensure real-time synchronization with the Android application. * Implementing security best practices, data protection mechanisms, and performance optimization measures. * Conducting testing, debugging, and deployment support activities. * Providing technical documentation and deployment guidelines. ## Technical Expectations The proposed solution should: * Follow modern software architecture and coding standards. * Be scalable, maintainable, and secure. * Support future enhancements and feature additions. * Ensure high availability and reliability. * Comply with industry-standard security and privacy practices. * Include proper error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms. ## Deliverables The selected developer/team shall provide the following deliverables: 1. Fully functional native Android application. 2. Responsive web-based administration portal. 3. Complete source code with ownership transferred to the client. 4. API integration and deployment support. 5. Technical documentation, including architecture, installation, configuration, and user manuals. 6. Testing and Quality Assurance reports. 7.
