I want to launch a modern, clean online presence for my holiday cottage. The site has three core goals: make it effortless for guests to book, showcase the property through high-quality images, and provide clear information about the stay and the area. Booking system The booking engine must display real-time availability, accept reservations, send automatic confirmation emails, and allow me to adjust rates and blackout dates from a simple dashboard. Secure online payment integration is preferred but, if needed, I can work with offline payment requests. Information pages Content will be straightforward—About Us, Local Attractions, and Contact Us. I need an intuitive editor so I can update text, add seasonal events, and change contact details without touching code. Photo gallery A fast-loading, responsive gallery should let visitors browse full-screen images on any device. Lightbox or slider navigation is fine as long as photo quality is preserved and alt-text is easy to manage for accessibility. Design & tech notes • Overall aesthetic: modern, clean, plenty of white space, subtle cottage accents rather than heavy rustic textures. • Mobile-first layout with quick load times; Core Web Vitals in the green. • I’m comfortable with WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar) or a lightweight custom stack—whichever delivers a stable CMS and keeps future hosting costs reasonable. • Please ensure the build is SEO-friendly and ready for Google Analytics.
