I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom construction site management web application for my civil/construction company. The product is already fully designed and documented — I have a detailed PRD, a complete backend specification, a database schema, and two working prototypes. I need you to build the real, production-ready, deployable version. I am NOT looking for someone to design from scratch. What You'll Build: - Frontend: A responsive React web app matching my prototypes (must work on mobile + desktop) - Backend: A REST API (Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI) with secure authentication - Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB covering all tables in my schema - Authentication: Login system with 7 user roles and role-based access control - File uploads, Excel/PDF exports, and deployment to a live URL Core Modules (14 total): Dashboard, Projects, Daily Work Reports, Progress Reports, BOQ Tracker, Materials & Stock, Material Indents (with multi-level approval workflow), Labour Management, Issues Tracking, Subcontractor Ledger, Vendor Ledger, Material Orders (partial delivery tracking), Vendor Directory, and QMS Reports. Key Requirements: - All role/permission checks enforced server-side (not just hidden in UI) - Financial data hidden from certain roles (specified in my docs) - Fully mobile-responsive — site staff use low-cost Android phones - Data must persist and sync across users in real time - Clean, documented code Deliverables: - Deployed web app at a live URL - Full source code in a Git repo with README - Backend + database with demo data - Deployment instructions and handover I have complete documentation (PRD, backend spec, database schema, and prototypes) which I will share with shortlisted candidates.
