Houzez Theme Install & Enhancements

I need someone to set up the Houzez WordPress theme for me and then extend its functionality. The priority is on the agent / agency profile pages: I want a “Sale Count” metric displayed so visitors can quickly see how many properties each agent has closed. This number should pull dynamically from the existing listings they’ve marked as sold, so it always stays current without manual updates. A clean install of Houzez on my hosting is the first step. Once the theme is running, add the new field in a way that blends seamlessly with the native profile layout and respects any future theme updates (ideally via a child theme or a small custom plugin). Please make sure the count appears both on the public profile and, if possible, in the agent’s dashboard so they can verify it. Experience with WordPress, PHP, and Houzez hooks / filters is essential.
